The bank prevailed in the district court, and Overseas appeals. Overseas admits that it breached the contract, and that the bank's loss is $1,500. The question before us is whether the breach caused the loss or, stated another way, whether the damages are such as may fairly and reasonably be considered as arising naturally, according to the usual course of things, from the breach of the contract itself.
