On June 23, 1947, Joseph and Ida Kaplan leased the Taft Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida, to Jacob and Sophie Fein for a term of five years, beginning November 1, 1947, at an annual rental of $19,500, payable in installments, during the tourist season.
